Beautiful Savior Academy

Most of you are familiar with the Arizona Private School Tax Credit that can be taken advantage of to help provide scholarships to our kindergarten students, but I would like to introduce you to another scholarship opportunity. In the fall I was approached by a members of our congregation to start a scholarship fund that they would contribute to each month. Unfortunately, they had lost their grandson last year and they along with her daughter wanted to start a fund in memory of him. After talking with them it was decided that the fund would be called the "Kristian Kover Fund". This fund can be used to help cover tuition for any families in our academy who may be experiencing financial difficulty. It can also be used to cover the cost of any program that we would like to implement that may need funding. The academy team is at work ironing out all of the details. I have included a copy of the letter which was mailed to me by our members daughter. If you have any questions or are interested in making a gift to this scholarship fund please contact me at 579-1453 or by e-mail at rhondakarrer@beautifulsavior.net.

Dear Rhonda,

Please accept this check in memory of my son, Kristian, who died on March 24, 2005 in a motorcycle accident.  He was 21 years old.

He was a wonderful caring young man, who loved to help and do for others. He wanted to be a fireman, and had just graduated from Miami Dade College, Fire Science Program as a Paramedic, He worked full time at American Medical Response, our local ambulance service.

Please use the money for the children in the academy, perhaps a scholastic or FUN program that might be short on funding. Kids should have fun while learning, don't you think? I do, and so did Kristian.

Kristian is in heaven and no longer has to think about school or hard work. He did that while here on earth, always for God's glory. The children would have loved him. Thank-you for allowing me to contribute this one time gift. Thank-you also for what you are doing at the church and academy.

God bless you.

On behalf of the academy team we would like to thank our members and their daughter for choosing our ministry to help carry on Kristian's memory.

Peace be with you,
Rhonda Karrer
