Mutual Ministry Team

Greetings from the MMT.  It has been a few months now since the arrival of Pastor Kate and formulation of a group known as the Mutual Ministry Team. The team members are Pastor Kate, Shannon Bryant, Robin Middleton-Port, Karen Johnson,Tom Gribb, and Al Steichen.  Our charter is relatively simple:  1) Assist the new pastor in adjusting to her new environment and understanding the congregational needs; 2) Foster a positive transition with respect to staff members; and 3) Help to empower Ministry Teams in carrying out the mission of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church.  There is another reason for our being, which is to provide a conduit for all members of the congregation to voice their observations, desires and recommendations that will help the church realize its vision and mission. We welcome your ideas for enhancing our actions to the glory of God. Please feel free to contact any of us.  We are standing by to help.

 BSLC has been wonderfully blessed with the love and leadership Pastor Kate exhibits on a daily basis.  This team is dedicated to strengthening her ties with this congregation as together we work towards a brighter future for members, family, friends, and community through mutual support.
