Come help make bags for Arizona children in foster care Tuesday, March 17th, 9 AM -12AM.
Heavy cotton twill, drapery fabric or light weight denim works well to create the bags. We are using 1 yard of 60" fabric, or half a yard 18" x 44" fabric for these bags.
We have extra machines on hand, or ladies can bring their own. Most supplies needed are already on hand.
AVIVA Child Services is an organization that provides counseling for children and their families taken into the foster care system. They are a part of Easter Seals Blake foundation. The bags are used to transport children's belongings when they are taken into DCS care.
