How is the “same mind” of Christ showing up in you this week?

“As you walk the road with the Chosen One, have you gained from him courage for the journey? Have you found comfort in his love?

Our series Following Jesus begins to walk with Jesus’ followers in Philippi. The Apostle Paul wrote to the Philippians while he was in prison. From his place of pain and suffering, Paul writes encouragement, hope, and even joy. “Rejoice in the Lord always!” we will hear. And, “forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal...”

And this Sunday from the second chapter of Philippians, we hear the marvelous Christ hymn that sings of Christ emptying himself in humility then being raised in glory, with the encouragement from Paul to “let the same mind” be in us that was in Christ Jesus: that of a humble servant, giving love, bringing peace.
