The BSLC Counting Team is in need of Counters. The Counting role is vital to the church as we tally cash and check contributions, prepare the bank deposit, and take it to the bank. We also collect the information for the Contribution Secretary and others who need to know when a deposit is made. Counters are in a place of trust since we see checks given by contributors. We’re looking for individuals who have integrity, can keep information confidential, and are able to pay attention to detail. We’d like to add 3 to 5 more counters to our team. Counter teams consist of two counters who work together, usually on Sundays, and they finish in about an hour. Team assignments are for a full month. We also have Floaters who fill in when someone is ill or on vacation.
