Discover the invaluable Caregiver Support Groups at PCOA—an essential and profoundly impactful resource for those navigating the caregiving journey.

Tonetta C., PCOA Support Group Specialist, stresses, "Our group is a support hub for caregivers. We have group meetings all over town, as well as virtual meetings, and we meet many times per month and form a close-knit community at each location.

Tom S., Volunteer Group Facilitator, underscores, "Participant feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. It transcends mere support; it's a nurturing space where individuals find solace, managing emotions like resentment, guilt, and fear."

One participant beautifully articulated, "It aids in navigating the shift from life before my partner’s diagnosis and alleviates the weight of guilt and fear for both of us."

This group embodies PCOA's commitment—to uphold and support our community through challenging times. Join us at an upcoming meeting and discover more about our Caregiver Support Groups at our website, where caregiving becomes a shared journey.

Please RSVP, or if you have questions, please contact Tonetta Clay, Support Group Facilitator at (520) 305-3405, or email tclay@pcoa.org.
