Manna Bags
What is a “Manna” bag and why do we make and give them out in our Community?

Webster definition: MANNA, (noun) man-na

a: food miraculously supplied to the Israelites in their journey through the wilderness

          b: divinely supplied spiritual nourishment

c: a usually sudden and unexpected source of gratification, pleasure or gain.

“This is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die.  I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.”  - John 6: 50-51

Manna Bags provide nourishment and support to those individuals within our Community that are in some need. Part of the Manna Bag is a list of local organizations that can provide more care and services that we cannot.

Manna Bags are always available for you to pick up and keep in your car to hand out to anyone who may be in need of one.
