The Lot on 22nd is literally a vacant lot on 22nd street where 60+ people are fed twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. or until supplies run out.
The volunteers believe that all people deserve the basic necessities in life and work towards to goal of helping allevate hunger and homelessness by providing for residents in need.
Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church donates meals and volunteers to help serve food several times a year.
